OXERRA, a leading global iron oxide pigment and complex inorganic color pigment manufacturer, is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of Cathay Pigments and Chemicals Philippines Corporation (CATHAY Philippines) to WWRC Holding Pte. Ltd (WWRC) on October 1, 2024.
The acquisition, led by Teoh Weng Chai, CEO, WWRC Southeast Asia, has facilitated the opportunity for WWRC to expand and integrate local market expertise, while using its regional network to deliver customized solutions and accelerate innovation in the Philippines specialty chemical space.
